Les hauteurs du Golan (territoire syrien habité par syriens) ont étés occupés par l'armée israélienne à la fin de la "guerre des six" jours en 1967 et elles ont été soumises à l'administration militaire jusqu'en 1981.
Depuis le1981, le gouvernement sioniste a imposé sa loi aux hauteurs du Golan, mais l'opération a été condamnée par la résolution de l'ONU 497 (17 décembre 1981), qui a déclaré illégal et dépourvu d'effet ce geste d'Israël [1]. La résolution a été adoptée par le Conseil de sécurité avec 15 votes sur 15 [2] et elle a été confirmée plus tard par une résolution de l'Assemblée générale du 5 décembre 2008 par 161 votes pour et 1 contre (Israël) [3].

La communauté internationale reconnaît la souveraineté des hauteurs du Golan au peuple syrien donc l'occupation sioniste est en effet illégale.

Le 6 juin 2011 l'armée sioniste a ouvert le feu sur des manifestants syriens qui protestaient contre l'occupation israélienne. 20 morts et 280 blessés [4].

Le alture del Golan (territorio siriano abitato da siriani) vennero occupate dall’esercito israeliano alla fine della “guerra dei sei giorni” nel 1967 e furono sottoposte ad amministrazione militare fino al 1981.

Dal 1981 il governo sionista ha imposto la sua legge alle alture dal Golan ma l’operazione fu condannata dalla risoluzione 497 dell’ONU (17 Dicembre 1981) che dichiarò illegale e priva di effetto questa mossa di israele[1]. La risoluzione fu votata dal Consiglio di Sicurezza con 15 voti su 15 [2] e fu in seguito confermata da una risoluzione dell’Assemblea Generale del 5 Dicembre 2008 con 161 voti favorevoli ed 1 contrario (Israele)[3].

La comunità internazionale riconosce la sovranità delle alture del Golan al popolo siriano dunque l’occupazione sionista è di fatto illegale.

Il 6 Giugno 2011 l’esercito sionista aprì il fuoco sui manifestanti siriani che stavano protestando contro l’occupazione israeliana. 20 morti e 280 feriti[4].


The Golan Heights (Syrian territory populated by the Syrians) were occupied by the Israeli army at the end of The Six-Day War in 1967 and they were governed under military administration until 1981.

Since 1981, the Zionist government has imposed its law to the Golan heights, but the operation was condemned by UN Resolution 497 (December 17, 1981) which said “the Israeli decision to impose its laws, jurisdiction and administration in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights is null and void and without international legal effect”[1]. The resolution was passed by the Security Council by 15 votes to 15 [2] and was later confirmed by a General Assembly resolution of December 5, 2008 with 161 votes in favor and 1 against (Israel)[3].

The international community recognizes the sovereignty of the Golan Heights to Syrian people, therefore, the Zionist occupation is in fact illegal.

On June 6, 2011, the Zionist army opened fire on the Syrian demonstrators who were protesting against the Israeli occupation: 20 dead and 280 wounded [4].
